Two Ways to Be Part of This.
The festival is being built from scratch in Queensland, by a small team that will get bigger. There's a mailing list if you want to follow along, and a crew sign-up if you want to do more than that.
Join the Mailing List
The mailing list is where pilot dates, ticket announcements, programming reveals, and Gary updates land first. Monthly to start. No spam, no on-sells, easy unsubscribe.

Join the Crew
If you'd like to be involved in the festival itself — not just on the list, but doing something — this is the way in. We're collecting expressions of interest across the following areas:
- Programming committee. Film selection, curatorial input, helping shape each year's programme.
- Creative collaborators. Designers, illustrators, photographers, videographers, performers, writers.
- Community + marketing. Social, content, local press, community outreach, audience-building.
- Specialist crew. AV, lighting, fire/SFX safety, costume, set dressing, event ops.
- Advisory. Festival, arts, hospitality, tourism, or sponsorship experience you'd be willing to share.
